So, btw, I did go the the gym last night… I only stayed to do my half hour on the treadmill though. I was going to do weights too but of the 10 people there I was the only female, which made me quite uncomfortable being after dark, and gymphobic, and all. I high tailed it out of there as fast as I could.
I still burned 250 calories which is more than I would have sitting out my couch!

2. Getting healthy
3. Getting strong
4. Losing weight
5. Getting hot

8. Avoiding diabetes, heart disease, cancer…
So why is it so hard to go?

The bf is making me go to the gym with him today. I guess we’re starting our new years resolutions a few days early.
