Reasons to go to the gym: 1. Feeling better 2. Getting healthy 3. Getting strong 4. Losing weight 5. Getting hot 6. Moving better 7. Living longer 8. Avoiding diabetes, heart disease, cancer…

So why is it so hard to go?
