So, btw, I did go the the gym last night… I only stayed to do my half hour on the treadmill though. I was going to do weights too but of the 10 people there I was the only female, which made me quite uncomfortable being after dark, and gymphobic, and all. I high tailed it out of there as fast as I could.
I still burned 250 calories which is more than I would have sitting out my couch!
