So, btw, I did go the the gym last night… I only stayed to do my half hour on the treadmill though. I was going to do weights too but of the 10 people there I was the only female, which made me quite uncomfortable being after dark, and gymphobic, and all. I high tailed it out of there as fast as I could.
I still burned 250 calories which is more than I would have sitting out my couch!

sooooo… my mom and i are thinking about getting a personal trainer… like once a week for a year… we had our personal training session today. he worked us for 10 minutes and i’m so much more sore than i should be for 10 minutes of effort. seriously.
here’s what i want to know: have you ever had a personal trainer? was it a good experience? was it worth the money?

i hate when my nose it all stopped up and yet it still seems to drip snot. GROSS. also, despite the snot, i went to the gym for a half hour today. no weights today, wasn’t up to it. also, my mom and i scheduled our personal training session for this thursday!
